Our Story
The Person Behind the Mission
Dr. A.M. Ramasamy, M.B.B.S., opened this hospital's doors in 1959 with a simple aim: bring proper medical care within reach of families in Kavindapadi, instead of a long trip into Erode or beyond.
Sixty-seven years on, that aim hasn't changed at Ramasamy Hospital. We've remained a community-focused hospital by choice—large enough to meet everyday healthcare needs, and personal enough that the doctor treating you remembers your last visit, serving Kavindapadi, Bhavani and the surrounding villages.
Today the hospital is run by Dr. A.R. Padmanaban, M.B.B.S., M.D., covering general medicine, diabetes care and cardiology under one roof.
